-Intelligent: She is actually very intelligent. Her former owner had taken her to school quite often, allowing her to learn all sorts of things.
-Oblivious: She zones out a lot and may not always be aware of her surroundings.
-Timid: She's very shy, especially around new people.

Background:

Dalia was your average toy store plush. She sat on a shelf with the other plush dolls. She doesn't remember how long she sat there and waited. All of it disappeared when Ellie picked her up. The small, three year old girl held her to her face. Dalia would never forget the look on her face.

Ellie convinced her parent to buy the lamb plush, and they became inseperable. Dalia and Ellie would play all sorts of games together. Dalia never left Ellie's side. Even when Ellie started going to school, Dalia was right there with her. While at school, Dalia was able to learn all sorts of things. She learned how to read and write, how to do math, about the history of the world.

As Ellie grew, so did Dalia. Ellie didn't take her to school as often now; but Dalia would be sitting on her bed, waiting for her. Before long, Ellie graduated from high school and was heading to college. Every time Ellie went to pack her belongings, she'd just look at Dalia. The lamb knew she was contemplating bringing her.

The day to leave arrived. Ellie grabbed all of her bags and hurried out the door. Dalia knew this would be the end. Ellie had out grown her. She didn't blame her owner. Children grew up. It was inevitable.

The door burst open and Ellie stood there, smiling. She grabbed the lamb and ran back out to the car, much to Dalia's surprise. They truly were inseperable.

The years passed, and eventually Ellie had had her own children. And then before they realized it, Ellie was a grandmother. Despite the grey hair and wrinkles, Dalia remembered the adorable three year old that had smiled a toothy grin when she found her lamb. Dalia stayed by Ellie the entire time. She loved the girl and she loved her.

When the day came that Ellie didn't wake up, Dalia's heart broke. She knew she would never love another human like Ellie, and the thought of being tossed from owner to owner didn't suit her. So Dalia ran and ran. In her travels she heard toys whisper about a safe haven. No one really believed it existed. Determined, Dalia set out in search for this place.

She found a small toy boat along the shore. Some child must've left it there. Shrugging, she hopped inside and let the ocean take her. She travelled for what seemed an impossible amount of time, before eventually being taken ashore of a beautiful island. A bat came rushing to her side. Dalia blinked at the creature. The bat transformed into a humanish woman and took the lamb into her arms. "You're home now."

She let herself be lost to the story in the pages, the outside world was practically nonexistant to her at the moment. She read quickly, hungering for more of the story, thumbing the pages as fast as she could finish them.
